Guidelines for the Eagle Eyes Scholarship Foundation

Eagle eyes are exceptionally observant. Their eyes naturally operate with strict precision. Our
goal as a scholarship foundation is to operate in the same capacity by providing funding for high

school students with the desire of advancing their education.

In order to apply for this scholarship, candidate must:

1. Be a graduating senior for the current school year.
2. Have a grade point average of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale).
3. Have verifiable volunteer experience within the past two years.
4. Have membership and/or leadership experience in campus or professional organizations.
5. Complete an application and include a one-page essay explaining how you envision your
leadership abilities in assisting your community after graduation.

winner Selection:

The Eagle Eyes Scholarship Foundation’s Scholarship Committee will select the scholarship winner (subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Eagle Eyes Scholarship Foundation. The Eagle Eyes Scholarship, Scholarship Fund Committee retains the right to withhold scholarship grants in any year if no candidate is determined to be qualified.

The Eagle Eyes Scholarship Foundation shall notify the chosen scholarship recipient(s) of its decision. The scholarship payment will be made after The Eagle Eyes Scholarship Foundation’s Annual Board Meeting, and after the selected student notifies the Foundation about the school(s) he will be attending. All scholarship checks will be made payable to the student.
